No data protection officer has been appointed, as the activity does not fall within the cases requiring one under Article 37 GDPR.
2. Data collected
2.1 Data you provide
- Contact form (Zoho Forms): name, email, phone, agency name, number of properties, website, message.
- Booking a call (Zoho Bookings): name, email, chosen slot and any details you add.
- Live chat (Zoho SalesIQ): conversation content and any contact details you share.
- WhatsApp: exchanges are governed by WhatsApp / Meta terms.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Analytics (analytics.les4h.fr): pages viewed, time on page, traffic source, device type, truncated IP address. No cookie is set and the “Do Not Track” signal is honoured.
- Technical logs: IP address, user agent and timestamp, kept by the hosting infrastructure for security purposes.

4. Retention
- Enquiries with no commercial follow-up: 3 years from last contact.
- Contractual relationships: term of the contract, then statutory archiving (up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Chat conversations: 12 months.
- Analytics: 13 months for session-level data; aggregates kept longer.
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes. The following processors are involved:
- Zoho Corporation — forms, bookings, chat, email and relationship follow-up. Data hosted in the European Union data centre.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, delivery and protection against attacks.
- Self-hosted Matomo — analytics operated on our own infrastructure, with no transfer to a third party.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The Zoho services used are configured on their European data centre. Cloudflare may process data from points of presence outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and that provider's supplementary measures.
7. Cookies and trackers
- No advertising cookies, no social network cookies.
- Analytics: configured without cookies and with IP anonymisation, it falls within the consent exemption defined by the French data protection authority.
- Live chat: it sets trackers and is therefore only loaded after your explicit consent. Your choice is stored for 180 days in your browser's local storage.
- Contact form: provided by a third party and only loaded after you click.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will bring the consent prompt back.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Administrative tools are protected by strong authentication. Data is held with providers offering appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise them, write tocontact@les4h.fr. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
